What company do you guys get your blank shirts from?
We get all our blanks from American Apparel. Their shirts are 100% Fine Jersey cotton, and 100% made in America. They do shrink in the wash, so either don't put them through the dryer or order one size up.
Is your site secure?
Yes. It's very secure. All aspects of the checkout process are secured with a 256k SSL from Verisign. For added security and shopping piece of mind, we also offer Google Checkout, and PayPal.
Do you ever sell or share your customers information?
Your privacy is very important to us. We will never under any circumstances sell or share your personal information with anyone else.
Why can't I save my credit card number for next time?
For security purposes you won't be able to save credit card information on the site. We use a third party company to process credit cards. Your credit card information is processed directly through authorize.net. We never even see it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Google Checkout and Simple Reaction e-gift cards.
What if I accidentally ordered the wrong size or color?
If when placing your order you accidentally chose the wrong color or size please contact us immediately at support@simplereaction.com. If you catch us before we ship your order there's no problem. However, if it's already been shipped you will need to send it back to us for an exchange.
What if I have an idea or design I want to send to you guys?
We're always on the look out for great ideas and designs. If you'd like to send us yours, you can email it to support@simplereaction.com.
Why was I charged a customs fee when my order arrived?
Depending on your location and the size of your order you may be charged customs fees. These fees are not included in the shipping charge you paid when placing your order, and are your responsibility.
